Minute 0–2

Install from the Freshdesk Marketplace

We send a one-click install link. You approve the OAuth scopes, the XyloTrust button appears in every ticket. No IT-project, no support contract needed.

Minute 2–7

Configure your settings

Pick which agents have access, which scenarios trigger verification, and (Pro+) configure white-label SMS sender name. We've pre-set sensible defaults — most customers don't change a thing.

Minute 7–10

First verification — guaranteed

You run a test verification on yourself. SMS arrives, you complete the flow, the result lands in the ticket as a private note. If this doesn't work within 10 minutes, we install it for you free of charge.

Day 1

SOP arrives, team gets the rollout kit

Your Agent SOP and customer-facing email templates land in your inbox. Forward the templates to your customers — they know what to expect.

Week 1

First production tickets verified

Your agents start applying the SOP. We're on chat support standby. Most customers see 5–10 verifications in the first week, then steady-state from week two.
