About XyloDocs.

Which PDF types are supported at launch?

Shipment slips (customer → you) and return slips (you → customer). Other document types (quotes, RMA overviews, warranty reports) come in later releases.

Does the customer portal work with our existing Freshdesk?

Yes. XyloDocs hooks directly into the Freshdesk customer portal you already use. No separate login for the customer, no extra tool to maintain.

How do I get access to XyloDocs?

XyloDocs is a private app we configure per customer — not a Marketplace install. Contact us and we'll discuss your use case, brand assets and timing.

How does tracking data reach the portal?

By default via manual status updates from your team in the ticket. For customers with PostNL, DPD or Bpost integrations we can sync tracking events automatically.

What if our brand changes?

Send us the new brand assets and we update both templates (shipment + return). One refresh per year is included.

Where are the PDFs generated?

Entirely within our infrastructure on AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). No data outside the EU, no external document services.
